Sweet (born 1934 in Highland Park, New Jersey) is a professional illustrator best known for providing cover art for science fiction and fantasy novels, in which capacity he was nominated for Hugo award in 1983. He also produces art for trading cards and calendars.

SoonerCon 20 Guest of Honor - Tim Powers was born in 1952 in Buffalo, New York; the son of an attorney. He graduated from California State University in 1976 and since then has written more than a dozen highly acclaimed and award-winning novels, including the Fantasy Masterwork The Drawing Of The Dark.
