Exhibitor Information

SoonerCon 22, Oklahoma's leading pop culture extravaganza, provides opportunities for artists, clubs, companies, and vendors to reach out to over 1000 fans each summer at our annual event.

Clubs and Artists can purchase space in our artists alley. Club and Artist space is on 3x6 tables, freestanding. Exhibitor's can purchase booths in our Exhibitor's Hall. Booths are 8ft and come with a 6 foot table with 2 chairs.

Exhibitor space is non-refundable after 60 days. 30 days before SoonerCon 22 all exhibitor space is non-refundable.

SoonerCon Intersections: Tasting the Grape

FUNdraiser Wine Tasting for SoonerCon.

Adults only, no one under the age of 21 will be admitted. You must present your ticket and a valid current identification.

Want to try a wine you’ve never tried before?

Have questions on how to pick out the best wine for you? Don't know a moscato from a mosquito? Come have a fun education at a “FUNdraiser” for SoonerCon, Oklahoma’s annual sci-fi and pop culture expo!

We will have a selection of 6 wines, plus some guest wines donated by wineries from all over the state.

Rolling the Hard Six

SoonerCon Intersections: Rolling the Hard Six

Join us for a day of tabletop, card and handheld gaming.

Gaming related give-aways throughout the day. Free random heroclix figure with every admission.

Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hotel/Location

SoonerCon 22 will be June 28-30, 2013. It will be held at the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City. The Reed Center is a beautiful, and almost new, venue, located just 4 miles from Downtown. With free parking, easy access, plenty of affordable dining options, and located directly off of I-40, the Reed Center will be very convenient location for our attendees. And with the increase in size and capacity, SoonerCon will be able to expand our programming and activities, with additional tracks such as Anime, Children's Programming, Make and Takes, Performance Groups, increased gaming, and more!

SoonerCon 20 Guest of Honor and SoonerCon 22 Writers Workshop Instructor - Tim Powers was born in 1952 in Buffalo, New York; the son of an attorney. He graduated from California State University in 1976 and since then has written more than a dozen highly acclaimed and award-winning novels, including the Fantasy Masterwork The Drawing Of The Dark.

Selina Rosen - Toastmaster

Toastmaster Selina Rosen rocks, if you aren't reading her work you should be. Selina has had short fiction published in Sword and Sorceress 16, Both of the latest Theives World novels, and Turn the Other Chick to name a few. She penned a new Drewcillia Qwah story for the recently released Space Sirens. She is the author of 15 published novels and has six nevels at Baen's Universe. Most of her work can be found at the Yard Dog press table in the dealer's room.
