Running Games at SoonerCon
Want to run a game at SoonerCon? Fill out the application below.
All Game Masters are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift to check-in and be prepared to run their game(s) at the published game start time. If running late for your scheduled game time, please contact our game room organizer(s) and notify them so we can update the game room schedule for convention attendees. If you wish to change the game you signed up to run, you MUST notify one of the gaming chairs in advance for approval.
- Game Masters who run at least eight hours of games at SoonerCon receive a free weekend membership. This time is usually split between two different four-hour blocks.
- Game Masters who run at least four hours of games at SoonerCon receive a free one day membership for the day they are scheduled to work. This is usually in the form of one four-hour block.
The number of tables is limited and applications are subject to approval by our game room organizers.
We will generally get back with you within a couple weeks of receiving your application.
